1. Kick-off Meeting – Before Production

Manufacturing Process Specification (MPS) review
Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) approval
Timeline and inspection milestones

2. In-Process Quality Monitoring – During Production

Continuous oversight ensures consistency and compliance throughout manufacturing:
On-Line Non-Destructive Examination (NDE)
Real-time testing including:
Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
Eddy Current Testing (ET)
Visual & Dimensional Checks
Third-Party Inspection (TPI) Welcome

TÜV, BV, ABS, SGS, Lloyd’s, DNV, etc.
Client’s own engineering team
Witnessing of production, testing, and finishing processes

3. Final Verification – Before Shipment

A final layer of quality assurance is conducted prior to dispatch:
Group QC Team Re-inspection
Our central quality team performs a comprehensive review including:
Documentation verification (MTC, test reports)
Visual and dimensional re-check
Coating and marking inspection
Packaging and loading supervision
Release for shipment only after full compliance
